What a RacingCUBE costs

Two numbers decide everything else: the platform on its own, and the platform with the gear on it. The platform is what we build — a 4DOF motion base and the frame that carries your equipment. Everything bolted to it, seat included, is your choice, and it is where the range comes from.

All prices are in euro and exclude VAT. They are the list prices we quote from, not estimates.

Three ways to buy

Platform only, or ready to drive

Most people already own a wheel, pedals and a screen. If you do, buy the platform and bolt your own gear on — the mounts are standard. If you would rather have one thing arrive that works, we spec and supply the lot.

In every platform

The price of the platform is the whole platform

No upcharge to unlock axes, no subscription on the hardware, nothing held back for a higher tier. What we quote is what moves.

Four axes of motion. Pitch and roll 28°, heave 100 mm, and yaw that rotates continuously at 72°/s — not a limited sweep.
Industrial drive. Brushless motors with a 1 ms response, rated 600 kg combined, 150 kg on the frame.
Fasetech Engine. Our own motion software, tuned per title by us, with new titles arriving all the time. The personal licence costs €199 and is paid once; running the rig commercially is licensed separately.
Mounting as standard. Seat, screen, wheel base, pedals and PC all have a home on the frame. Dedicated mounts exist for Fanatec bases, HOTAS, handbrake and keyboard.
Built in Denmark. Designed, welded and assembled by us, with parts we can still get in five years.

Running them for money

Commercial use is licensed separately

Buying the hardware is the same price whoever you are. What changes is the software licence: personal use is paid once, running the rig for money is a subscription.

Engine Commercial

€29 / month

Per rig. €299 a year if paid annually — two months free. Full motion control for paid and operator use.

Fasetech Fleet

€99 / month

Per location, not per rig. €999 a year. One console for the whole floor: sessions, timers, status and updates.

Engine, personal use

€199 one-time

Perpetual licence for one rig, private use. No subscription and no renewal — it is bought once with the platform.

A single rig at a venue costs €29 a month to run commercially. Ten rigs at one location cost €290 plus one €99 Fleet subscription — Fleet does not multiply.

Before you budget

What moves the price

VAT

Every figure on this page excludes VAT. It is added at your own country's rate unless you give us a valid VAT number, or you are buying from outside the EU.

Delivery

Quoted per destination. It normally travels taken apart on one EUR pallet — 120×80×55 cm — and is assembled on site. On request it can ship whole instead, at 125×125×170 cm and 150 kg, rolled in and powered up.

Quantity

More than one rig changes the conversation — on price, on lead time and on how we stage delivery. Tell us the number in the enquiry and the quote comes back with it built in, or see what an operator gets.

Straight answers

Before you ask

Can I really just buy the platform?

Yes, and plenty of people do. The mounting is standard, so your own wheel base, pedals, screen and PC fit. If your kit needs a mount we do not stock, tell us.

Is the PRO a better platform than the CRB?

No — same platform, same motion, same performance. The €2,000 buys the built-in control screen, which matters when someone other than the owner operates the rig. You can start on CRB and add PRO later.

Why is there a range instead of a price?

The platform price is fixed. The range is your equipment: a direct-drive wheel costs several times an entry base, and adding VR is another step again. Tell us the level you want and the quote comes back itemised.

Do I have to buy the gear from you?

No. We supply it because one invoice and one warranty conversation is simpler, not because the platform requires it. Nothing is locked to our parts.

Are these prices final?

They are the list prices we quote from, and they move when our suppliers move. A quote fixes your price for its validity period.

Can we resell RacingCUBE in our region?

Talk to us. We work with partners outside Denmark and the terms depend on the market and the volume.
