Your licences, downloads and account — now in one place

Over the past months we have been moving everything around the RacingCUBE — licences, software downloads, documentation and your account — onto our own platform. That work is now live, and it changes how you interact with us in one simple way: everything is in one place.

A new fasetech.com

You may also have noticed that fasetech.com itself is brand new — yes, again — but this time cleaner, faster and more polished, with the configurator front and centre. And it comes with something our old website never had: your own customer page, where everything about your simulator is available the moment you sign in.

Your Fasetech account

Signing in to your account gives you your licences with live activation status, the Fasetech Engine download, your invoices and subscriptions — and for business customers, team access so colleagues can share the same company account.

Documentation, rebuilt

All manuals and guides now live at manual.fasetech.com — assembly, software, maintenance and troubleshooting, kept up to date alongside the software itself.

A new PRO display

As part of the same generation shift, the RC4-PRO gets a redesigned 7-inch dashboard with live telemetry, rotation and impact readouts — faster, sharper and built to work hand in hand with Fasetech Engine and Fleet. It launches in Q3 2026.

Why we are doing this

The short answer is robustness. When the hardware, the motion software, the display and the platform behind them are all built and supported by the same team, problems get found earlier, updates arrive automatically, and there are fewer moving parts between you and a great drive. That is the experience we want to own — end to end.

Found a link in an older e-mail or manual that no longer works? It probably pointed to our old website — write to info@fasetech.com and we will sort you out right away.
