- Configurator / quote request: your name, email address, phone number, and the configuration choices you make, so we can prepare a personalised quote.

Our hosting provider automatically maintains standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operational purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you.
- To prepare and follow up on quotes you have requested.
- To fulfil and administer orders and warranty claims, if you become a customer.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as bookkeeping legislation.

- Email: our email is operated on Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online).
- Order fulfilment: freight carriers and service partners, as necessary to deliver and service your order.
We do not disclose your information to other third parties.
7. Data Retention
Inquiries and quote requests are kept for as long as necessary to handle the dialogue and any subsequent order. Personal data connected to accounting records is retained for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the business relationship, as required by Danish bookkeeping legislation. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
